Primary Care Trusts - Promoting Excellence in Patient Participation
As part of the Growing Patient Participation campaign, and with great help from more than a dozen PCTs, NAPP has produced a one-off newsletter describing the ways in which Primary Care Trusts are encouraging and supporting more, and better, PPGs. It also captures other ways in which PCTs are engaging with their population.
The Clinical Oncology Patients' Liaison Group has asked NAPP to help them to raise awareness of their work. Click here to find out more about their role.

NHS Somerset has produced a really good newsletter describing their work to promote patient participation.
NAPP is thrilled to be a partner in a research consortium, led by Aston University, that has been awarded the contract to evaluate the implementation of Lord Darziās blueprint for the NHS in England, High Quality Care for All. We will be leading on the workstream that assesses the views of lay representatives on the overarching project to make quality the organising principle of the NHS.
